Our Aim

Overview

The department was birthed with the main objectives of social, financial, and practical support in mind. It has lived to and superseded its objectives. We pride ourselves on standing with our brethren in times of all kinds of difficulties and also in times of joy. We look after each other in brotherly love and share our resources together so that none experiences lack in God's House or suffer on their own and none rejoices without all rejoicing.

Mode of Operation

The department operates in 4 main areas:

Welfare Storehouse Section; Church members provide food items for distribution to those who are in need.

Social Functions Section; We cater and serve during weddings, birthday parties, dedication services, funerals, special church meetings...etc

We refer people with accurate needs to the Pastorate for assistance.

We collect and ship used clothes and other items to our mission field when the need arises.

"..But God has so arranged the body ...that there may be no division within the body, but the members may have the same care for one another. If one member suffers, all suffer together with it; if one member is honored, all rejoice together with it." - I Corinthians 12: 24-26

We believe in the axiom, "As go the men, so go the families and so goes the church," God has called men to be the spiritual leader in their families, and we want to equip men's ministry to reach and strengthen our church.
