Support the Senior Pastor in fulfilling the church’s forward movement in its mission and vision.
Preach and Teach the Inerrant word of God with Clarity and Observe the ordinances of baptism and communion.
Provide pastoral care through visitation, counseling, and prayer, and assist in wedding and funeral ceremonies.
Support in running the church administration office, organize and co-ordinate vigil and other prayer meetings
Devote significant time throughout the week to studying God’s Word, prayer, spiritual disciplines, and preparing for the message.
Preach and Teach messages at midweek/weekend services and during conferences and seminars organized by the organization.
Ensure that the teaching is balanced and relevant to a variety of audiences ranging from “unchurched” to committed individuals.
Assist the Senior Pastor in encouraging the development of “spiritual formation” for leaders, staff, and the membership on Simnet Outreach Ministries.
Assist in the planting of new church branches in other regions.
Work closely with the Creative Pastor to design and facilitate both the content and flow of the worship services.
